Frequently asked questions
When does the site open?
After you apply we contact you and open the site address. You fill in the content in the panel yourself.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes. We tell you the A record for your domain, connect it, and the secure (https) connection turns on automatically.
Where do booking requests go?
To the hotel Telegram chat as a message and to a list in the panel. You call the guest back by phone.
How does payment work?
Manually for now: we tell you the amount and the subscription is extended once the payment is recorded.
Who owns the data?
The hotel content and guest requests are yours. The staff you invite can enter the panel; the iBooking team can also enter for support (every entry is logged).
